Terms of Service

By accessing or using LikelyTaken (likelytaken.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

LikelyTaken provides domain naming and scarcity intelligence tools including availability search, name generation, watchlist monitoring, and brand reports. Availability data is sourced from WHOIS and third-party registrar APIs. Results are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be real-time or complete.

Creating a free account requires a valid email address. Authentication is via magic link only; no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your watchlist, search history, and personal data from our systems within 30 days.

The Committed plan is billed monthly at $12 per month. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Brand reports are a one-time purchase of $29 each. Reports are non-refundable once generated and delivered.

You may not use LikelyTaken to scrape, bulk-query, or automate requests in ways that exceed normal usage, circumvent rate limits, resell access to the service, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

API access is limited to 500 calls per day for Committed plan users. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension of API access.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LikelyTaken makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of availability data, scarcity scores, or brand report contents.

Domain availability data changes rapidly. A name shown as available may be registered by the time you attempt to purchase it. LikelyTaken is not responsible for missed registrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LikelyTaken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, domain registration losses, or business decisions made on the basis of availability data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
